No money back, only store credit.
Returns are accepted up to 5 days after receiving the order. Any returns sent after that 5 day period will be returned to the customer and will not be processed.
To have an item returned, please email us at [email protected] we will contact you immediately with instructions on what to do. You will be given store credit for the amount paid on the item only (shipping charges are not included).
Purchases with return credit are FINAL SALE. From the moment it is sent to you, you will have 30 days to use this credit.
Purchases with discounts, coupons or credits are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused and unaltered with tags attached. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or rejected. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date tracking information was delivered.
Returned items will ONLY receive store credit or will be exchanged for sizes if available.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
Items in SALE are all final sale and cannot be returned for store credit nor exchanged.
